Kings Highway

This remodel and renovation in historic Monte Vista was an extensive update to an architectural masterpiece. The project included updates throughout the house, including kitchen, bathroom, closet, garage, dining room updates and renovations. The newly installed work included solid oak flooring, marble countertops, Saltillo tile, plumbing, HVAC and electrical updates, re-landscaping, and restoration of the existing stone and stained-glass windows on the exterior. We took special care to match the existing 100-year-old ornate millwork throughout the house using our own carpenters and millwork shop to reproduce the solid oak woodwork.
